The Platform (2019)

Goreng awakens in prison. His cellmate, Trimagasi, explains the rules of The Hole: they're on level 48, meaning they won't be fed until the 47 levels above them have a chance at the food platform. At first, Goreng is disgusted and refuses to eat. He can't fight his hunger forever, though, and he eventually eats the scraps that arrive each day. After a few weeks, Goreng and Trimagasi are moved to level 171. Goreng is attacked and bound by Trimagasi, who explains that they are too far down to receive any food, leaving only one horrifying option for survival.
