The Money Pit (1986)

A young couple decides to take the plunge and purchase a fixer-upper home. Buying the home and making a few small repairs depletes their savings, but the trouble is just beginning. One thing after another goes wrong, and the two lovebirds are left to wonder if they have just made an investment in a money pit. Their relationship may not withstand the next problem the house serves up.
