A reporter with a troubled personal life gets a tip-off to an incredible story about a top-secret joint CIA-U.S. Military Intelligence program that is training soldiers to be “psychic spies.” The reporter finds himself going down a rabbit hole of intrigue as he learns that the founder of the psychic spy program is mysteriously missing while another key member of the team with excellent paranormal skills is going rogue and seeking to shape the spy program his own dark ends. Finding the missing spy program's honcho may be the reporter’s only pathway to salvation -- or maybe not.
