Margaret Thatcher was the first female Prime Minister of Great Britain. She also suffered from dementia later in life. Her deteriorating condition makes it difficult to tell whether she's telling the truth when she reflects on her career. Thatcher chooses to focus on the most positive moments from her tenure. She glosses over the coal miners' strike and emphasizes how her choices were always right.
