The House (2017)

Scott and Kate are ordinary small-town parents eager to send their daughter to Bucknell University. They assume that their town’s community scholarship will pay her way. But then city managers cancel the scholarship program in favor of building a public pool. Devastated, Scott and Kate come up with a wild idea. They establish an illegal casino in their home to earn their daughter’s college costs. All goes well at first as cash rolls in, but then mobsters get involved while authorities catch wind of the illicit operation and, suddenly, all hell is about the break loose.

The House is a comedy movie featuring Amy Poehler and directed by Andrew J. Cohen.
