The Ghost Writer (2010)

A series of circumstances land a minor and unknown ghostwriter a plumb job completing the memoir of none other than a former Prime Minister of the U.K. The job pays $250,000 for just a month’s work. However, when the ghostwriter meets Adam Lang, the former unpopular PM, he begins to uncover stunning information about a controversial plot involving Lang and the CIA. Suddenly, the ghostwriter is knee-deep in dangerous international intrigue. Now that he knows too much, certain elements in top-secret agencies would like to see the ghostwriter disappear. If "disappear" means "wind up dead" -- so be it.
