Plot
Emerging from the steel-gated confines of a Bangkok prison, Ryan Travers (Richard Norton) breathes in the taste of freedom, tainted with the bitter aftertaste of a five-year murder sentence. The joy of his release is abruptly dashed as he discovers his parents, who had been patiently tending an antique shop in anticipation of their son's return, have fallen victim to a violent mob-orchestrated explosion, a fatal outcome of their refusal to yield to extortion demands.
The grim news takes an even darker turn as he learns of his sister Katie's (Erica Van Wagener) precarious health. Hovering on the brink of life, she desperately requires a life-saving operation. Faced with limited prospects, Travers finds himself in the dusty boots of a construction worker, an occupation that offers little more than a dead-end future.
In a desperate bid to fund his sister's medical procedure and extract revenge, he plunges into the gritty underbelly of the city, drawn towards a clandestine fight ring. With each punch thrown and blow received, Ryan fights not just for survival, but for hope, vengeance, and the promise of a better future for the only family he has left.
