When Jozef Stalin unexpectedly dies of a heart attack, the Soviet Union is left in chaos. With no clear succession plan, every high-ranking general, politician and member of the Stalin family begins to plot a path to seizing power while dispatching their rivals. The Council of Ministers tears itself apart as the country’s leaders assassinate each other. In a country used to brutal government rule, no one is willing to stop the killing. Will the Soviet Union rise from the ashes or burn itself to nothing?
