Plot

When Charlie, a man with a fondness for tipple, decides to turn over a new leaf, he checks into a health resort, a sanctuary renowned for its rejuvenating waters. However, he brings along a trunk filled to the brim with his beloved booze, along with his sparse personal effects. His life takes an unexpected twist when he crosses paths with the enchanting Edna, and finds himself helplessly drawn to her. In a comedic twist of fate, Charlie gets embroiled in a hilarious misunderstanding involving a gout-afflicted guest, a revolving door and misplaced romantic signals. He finds himself unwittingly wrestling with a masseur, mistaking a routine massage for a wrestling match. Meanwhile, the hotel owner, unaware of Charlie's unconventional methods to sobriety, stumbles upon the liquor-laden trunk. In an attempt to cleanse the resort of its alcoholic taint, he tosses the contents out of the window, inadvertently dousing the healthful well below. Unbeknownst to all, the resort's famed fountain of wellness is now a hidden source of inebriation. As guests crowd around the well, indulging freely in the 'water' and growing increasingly merry, Charlie and Edna join the unwittingly intoxicated crowd. The result is a spontaneous, uproarious celebration as the sober retreat transforms into a riotous party. As the hotel guests revel in their newfound euphoria, Charlie finds himself navigating through comedic chaos and unexpected romance, ensuring an unforgettable time at the health resort.
