The Boss (2016)

When businesswoman Michelle Darnell is sent to prison for insider trading, it's an opportunity for her to transform a kinder, less ruthless woman. Instead, she double downs after her release as she desperately tries to recapture her business successes. Her old friends want nothing to do with a convicted criminal, and Michelle gradually realizes she will have to change if she's ever going to recapture her former way of life. She's aided by her former assistant, Claire, who's willing to help Michelle grow -- if Michelle will finally open her shell and allow herself to be vulnerable.
