Plot
Marvin desperately wants to become a police officer, but he can't pass the physical examination. When Marvin is seriously injured in a car accident, he's found by a mad scientist in the woods. The scientist is able to save Marvin's life, but uses some unproven and unheard of techniques to do so. Soon, Marvin's physical appearance changes and he's finally ready to take the police entrance exam.
