Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance (2002)

Ryu has been recently laid off from his job at a factory, but the deaf man is desperate to get his sister the money she needs for a kidney transplant. He happens to come across a group of illegal organ dealers, but they demand millions of dollars — and Ryu's own incompatible kidney — for the transplant she needs. Ryu finds his one chance to get the money he needs by kidnapping the daughter of his former employer. His hope is to get the money without much effort, but things quickly turn violent — and Ryu is being hunted by the man he was blackmailing.
