A seasoned wanderer, Lawrence has spent seven years navigating the perilous corners of this era, trading in an array of goods as he dreams of earning enough to open his own shop. His solitary journey, however, takes an unexpected turn when he crosses paths with Holo, a 250-year-old wolf deity disguised as a 15-year-old girl, complete with enchanting wolf ears and tail.
In the quiet town of Pasroe, Holo has dutifully watched over the people as their pagan goddess of harvest, blessing them with abundant wheat yields year after year. But as time passes, Holo finds herself forgotten, her once revered existence fading into the shadows of belief.
