Plot

In the era of Persian dominance over Egypt, around 525-480 B.C., Prince Kenamon, intrigued by the plight of the common populace, often mingles among them. His life takes an unexpected turn when a muscular powerhouse, Maciste, saves him from a fatal incident. Amidst these adventures, he crosses paths with the enchanting Nofret, stirring feelings of love in his royal heart. Troubled by the desolate living conditions of his people, Kenamon implores his father, Pharaoh Amirteo I, to rebel against the Persians. However, the Pharaoh's devious wife Smedes, also Kenamon's godmother and an ally to the Persian Grand Visir, cunningly assassinates him before he can take action. With Kenamon now on the throne, Smedes manipulates him with a potent drug, rendering him a puppet to her deceptions. Meanwhile, the beautiful Nofret faces the terrifying prospect of slavery. Rising as the beacon of hope for the oppressed, Maciste leads a popular uprising and becomes a celebrated figure after his triumph at local games. Courageously, Maciste rescues Nofret from her ill fate, resists Smedes' seductive power, and assembles a rebellious force to challenge the Persian troops and palace guards. As the battle unfolds, the Grand Visir and Smedes meet their ends, liberating the bewitched Kenamon from their clutches. Grateful for Maciste's invaluable aid, Kenamon finally unites with Nofret in matrimony, marking a victorious end to their tumultuous journey. This story encapsulates the struggle for justice, the power of love, and the strength of unity against the odds in the backdrop of an ancient civilization.
