In the heart of the city, Karthik (Nandu), a visionary Creative Director and Chairman of the thriving U and I Advertising Agency, finds his life takes an unexpected detour. A routine journey back home turns into a midnight quest for water when his car succumbs to a coolant shortage. This seemingly mundane breakdown leads him to a mysterious girl (Rashmi Gautam) found unconscious in a water pond. Rushing her to the hospital, she recovers but with a significant cost - her memory. Stripped of her past and identity, Karthik christens her as Madhu. However, she's haunted by hazy memories that lurk just beyond her comprehension. Seeking solace and familiarity, Karthik brings her to live with his brother and sister-in-law. As Madhu navigates through her new life, she is saved from the malevolent magical powers of Durga Bhai (Delhi Rajeswari) and Malhotra (Rajendra). Amidst this chaos, love blossoms between Karthik and Madhu, promising a future of togetherness. However, their tranquil life shatters with the arrival of a stranger, Rishi, who claims to be Madhu's husband and insists her real name is Sivaranjani. With doubt gnawing at her mind, Madhu reluctantly moves in with Rishi, armed with evidence provided by him. Yet, the specter of her fragmented memories continues to torment her, pushing her to uncover hidden truths. The discovery of a blood-stained wristwatch in Rishi's car trunk further intensifies the mystery. Rishi offers an unsettling explanation - a tale of illicit affairs, betrayal, and murder involving Madhu and his partner Kaushik (Indra). But can Rishi's account be trusted? Is Madhu really Sivaranjani, and is she truly a culprit? As she grapples with these questions, the unknown recollections continue to prod her, leading her closer to a hidden truth that could change everything.
