Sharktopus (2010)

In a bold gambit to engineer the ultimate weapon for the U.S. Navy, pioneering geneticist Nathan Sands toys with the DNA of a shark and an octopus, resulting in the creation of a grotesque and terrifying hybrid, the "S-11". However, in a calamitous twist of fate, the creature escapes its confines during a failed control attempt, diving into the sun-kissed waters of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Here, the monstrous Sharktopus lurks, transforming the tranquil tourist haven into a buffet of unsuspecting vacationers and innocent locals. The government is desperate to reclaim their aquatic abomination, and their only hope lies in the capable hands of a ragtag group.
