See No Evil, Hear No Evil (1989)

There are two witnesses to a murder, but their unique situations complicate their ability to testify. One of the witnesses is blind, while the other is deaf. It's an unlucky chain of events that leads to them being considered the number one suspects in the murder. While they manage to escape the police, they're now on the run from the cops and also being hunted by the murderers themselves who recognize that they represent loose ties. They'll need to take advantages of their unique impediments and discover their own unique talents if they want to get to the root of the problem.
