In the heart of Korea, the smitten and somewhat unlucky Kim Min-june, still nursing the wounds of a recent break-up, fatefully collides - quite literally - with her destiny. The object of her unexpected vehicular mishap is none other than the suave American businessman, Robin Heiden, who unbeknownst to her, is destined to be her new boss. In a comical twist of pretense, Min-june convinces herself that not speaking English will create a barrier between them, a final farewell to a man she believes dislikes her. However, as fate would have it, their paths are destined to cross again. The stoic Heiden arrives in Korea with a mission to take over a company, unknowingly setting the stage for a romantic face-off.
