RoboCop 3 (1993)

RoboCop is half-man and half-robot. Developers are working diligently to replace old Detroit with a new city. However, not all the residents of the old Detroit are ready to move out. To incentivize the people who live there, the developers send in people to harass, humiliate, and make the inhabitants uncomfortable. When RoboCop hears about what is happening, he makes it his mission to help.
