In the heart of a post-independence India, where the echoes of royalty still resonate, and the seeds of democracy are yet to take root, Prince Bhanu Pratap, charming yet shrouded in mystery, returns from a decade-long sojourn abroad. Alongside him is his confidant, Kapil, each step of theirs imbued with a sense of impending intrigue. The palace, once Bhanu Pratap's cradle, now harbors a sinister plot, nurtured by the ambitious Narpat Singh, brother of the Queen Kalavanti, the King's second wife after Bhanu Pratap's mother's untimely demise.
