Trapped in the ominous shadow of Project: Kill, the clandestine mind-control experiment he once commanded, John Trevor breaks free from his military confines and retreats to the exotic Philippines. As Lassiter, the relentless Philippine police, and Lee's minions converge on his trail, he must navigate the treacherous waters of betrayal, love, and survival.
