In the heartwarming comedy-drama, Payday, we glimpse into the vibrant, untamed life pulsating within a Barbadian community. Their mission, though seemingly straightforward, becomes a wild rollercoaster ride, thanks to Romie's complicated love life and Pack's undying love for cannabis. What was supposed to be a simple down-payment to the garage owner at the village's lively gathering that night, spirals into a hilarious odyssey. As they navigate through the night, they must thwart an array of challenges including dodging the clutches of menacing drug dealers, shaking off a persistent charity collector, and sidestepping the chaos stirred up by their ex-girlfriends, not to mention the myriad of quirky villagers.
