Plot
In the heart of Tamil Nadu, Kalimuthupalayam, resides Nandagopal (Narain), a man burdened by financial woes. Accompanied by his mute sister Maya (Remya Nambeeshan) and their mother (Geetha), they live under the stern watch of their uncle (Janaradhanan). When they learn of their late father's (Lal) purchased bungalow in Kalimuthupalayam, Nandagopal sees a glimmer of hope for financial freedom.
Venturing to sell the property, Nandagopal's aspirations are met with resistance. The bungalow's stubborn occupant, Nachiappa Gounder (Rami Reddy), refuses to relinquish his hold, complicating matters further. Amid these turbulent times, Nandagopal finds solace in his budding romance with the charming Chembakam (Pooja), stirring the pot of complications even more.
In a bid to assert their claim, Nandagopal's friends invite his mother and sister to live in the disputed house. Upon arrival, a wave of shock washes over their mother as she recognizes the house from a mysterious past, a past unknown to Nandagopal.
As the layers of the past unfold, Nandagopal discovers a deep-seated enmity between Gounder and his family, offering an explanation to Gounder's relentless cruelty. The rest of the film weaves a compelling narrative around Nandagopal's quest to confront Gounder, reclaim his family's dignity, and uncover the secrets that have long been buried in the walls of the bungalow.
