In the heart of Chicago, 38-year-old police officer Danny Muldoon finds himself entangled in the apron strings of his strong-willed Irish mother. Forever under her watchful eye, Danny's existence is wrapped up in his mother's world, until he crosses paths with Theresa, a captivating Italian mortician with an independent spirit.
