Pongo and Perdita have 15 puppies. Cruella De Vil wants the puppies, as well as more, to make a fancy dalmatian skin coat. Cruella hires some thugs to abduct to puppies and hold them at her mansion. But will Pongo, Perdita and the neighborhood dogs make it in time to save them? What will happen to Cruella?
