Nick, a fiery spirit still nursing a broken heart over his ex-wife, is hell-bent on exposing a seemingly untouchable local businessman as the puppet master behind the city's drug trade. However, his slick and level-headed partner, Frank, aligns with the consensus of their colleagues: Nick's obsession is bordering on madness.
Sent on a compulsory leave of absence, the duo decides to take justice into their own hands, straying beyond the confines of the law. They embark on a perilous mission to unmask the crime kingpin and unearth the departmental mole.
