Ninja Assassin (2009)

Raizo was orphaned and alone when he was taken in by the Ozunu clan, but he's now an adult and old enough to recognize that they weren't acting in his best interest. He was trained from childhood to be a relentless assassin, but now he's turned his back on the clan. But he finds a partner in his bloody quest for revenge when he meets a relentless if inexperienced Europol agent who's outside of her element and lacking in support from her superiors. The two become targets for the entire clan, but no one is more bloodthirsty than Raizo's childhood rival.
