Mr. Deeds (2002)

Longfellow Deeds is a quiet guy running a pizzeria in a small town and moonlighting as a poet. His life is turned upside down when he unexpectedly inherits billions and controlling stakes of a huge conglomerate from an uncle he did not know. Unwilling to just sell his stake in his uncle's lifework, Deeds moves to the city to learn about the company and immediately begins restructuring. Through his inheritance, Deeds learns money has the power to change people, but it doesn't have too.
