Mortal Engines (2018)

In a post-apocalypse world, cities move on wheels around the world. They snatch up the resources of smaller towns, including the people. When a person from London sees this happening as his city takes over a small German village, he has to forge an unlikely alliance with someone who would otherwise be his enemy. The new alliance will require them to set aside their differences in order to save what is left of humanity. The friend and the man end up on an adventure that they would rather not have to deal with at all.
