In the heart of Britain, the seemingly laughable figure of Baz emerges as a new breed of bicycle police. However, beneath his comical exterior lies a dormant psychopath, awakened by a rogue head injury during a riot in London. This incident twists Baz into a relentless vigilante, serving justice in his own twisted manner. He gives wrongdoers a chilling ultimatum - face arrest or death - all while politely asking, "May I kill you?" As the city sinks into chaos, Baz embarks on a self-proclaimed campaign of lawful killing. He targets those too stunned, drunk or disoriented to resist, their executions captured on his helmet-cam and gleefully shared across social networks. Taking on the digital persona of @N4cethelaw, Baz gains an unsettling following, with each new execution earning him more supporters. He sees himself as society's cleanser, purging it of its scum. However, the wheel of fate takes a sudden spin when an incensed relative of one of Baz's victims captures him. Now, Baz must confront the possibility of his own death or, perhaps even more terrifying, the revelation of his dark secret to the world.
