In the scenic hills of Darjeeling, Amarnath, an earnest medical student, encounters and becomes enamored with Chanda, the enchanting daughter of a herbal medicine practitioner. As time whisks away two decades, a longing Amarnath embarks on a quest to rediscover his lost love, Chanda. His journey, however, veers off course when he becomes entangled with Kajli, a lady of the night, whose life unfurls a tragic tale. Kajli, whose mother's dreams of her becoming a doctor lie shattered, is now trapped within the crimson walls of a brothel.
The intricate web of relationships intensifies, weaving a poignant narrative between the brothel's madam, Kajli, and Amarnath. A moment of unexpected generosity from the madam sets forth a cascade of events, shaking the foundation of their ties. As Kajli stands at the crossroads of her destiny, she grapples with the question of what it will take to mend her bond with Amarnath.
