Plot

In the gritty realm of law enforcement, few can wield the gavel of justice with the raw intensity of police officers Sean Thompson and Billie Blake. Their mastery of karate, coupled with an intimate understanding of the criminal underworld, makes them a formidable force to reckon with. Fate thrusts them directly into the path of Dalton Rhoades, the shadowy puppeteer behind a nefarious cartel-for-hire scheme. Rhoades cleverly masks his illicit operations behind the facade of a dojo, steadily ensnaring unsuspecting proteges into his web of crime. Beyond his criminal exploits, Rhoades is a dangerous adversary, skilled in obscure forms of kung fu and the sole practitioner of the lethal 'dim-mak' or 'death touch' technique. The stakes escalate when Sean's impetuous younger brother Michael is lured into Rhoades' dangerous fold, becoming an unwitting pawn in their deadly game. As Michael's life hangs in the balance, Sean and Billie are thrust into a high-octane battle of retribution, where the line between law enforcers and vigilantes blurs. Now, they must face off against Rhoades and his underworld empire, their fists becoming their only weapons in a fight where justice becomes a personal vendetta.
