Marshland (2014)

A small town in the south of Spain has been home to the disappearances of a number of local women. The father of one of the girls has political clout, and he manages to get a pair of capable Madrid cops relocated to the town to investigate the issue. What they discover is that there might be a serial killer at work, but they are hardly equipped to handle one if there was. They're in the middle of nowhere with no equipment and no lay of the land. But both detectives also employ very different methodologies and have starkly different personalities.
