In the sun-drenched city of Tampa, 8-year-old Zach Bonner, a vibrant carrot-topped boy, lives with his realtor mother Laurie and his teenage sister Kelley. His life is simple until the destructive wake of Hurricane Charley in 2004 propels him into action.
