Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole (2010)

Soren is just a humble young barn owl living a peaceful existence with his family, but he's forced into terrifying circumstances when he's captured by a gang of owls from St. Aggie's. While it claims to be an orphanage, St. Aggie's are trained and conditioned to become expendable soldiers. While his time there is horrifying, he finds a diverse new group of friends among the students. Together, they escape to the fabled island of Ga'Hoole. Here they hope to track down the legendary Guardians to help bring an end to the menace perpetrated by St. Aggie's.
