Plot

In the heart of a bustling Indian prison, we find three unlikely comrades - Rummi (Ramesh Aravind), Nani (S. Narayan), and Moni (Mohan Shankar). These unconventional inmates harbor a peculiar wish: to remain confined forever, fearing the uncertainties of the outside world. However, their lives take an unexpected turn when a compassionate inspector (Srinivasa Murthy) perceives their inherent goodness and orchestrates their release, hoping to guide them towards a better life. Thrust into freedom, the trio embarks on a new journey, facilitated by a big-hearted auto driver (Sundar Raj). He offers them a home under one intriguing condition: one must marry his charming yet unmarried elder sister, Umashree. With her heart set on Nani, whom she views as a divine figure, a whirlwind of affections and escapades ensue. As they navigate their new lives, the trio inexplicably falls for three different women, each bringing a unique color to their monochrome existence. A serendipitous twist of fate lands them a bag of money intended for a group of unsuspecting robbers, escalating their adventures. The plot thickens when they witness the inspector's daughter and her lover on the brink of tragedy, unveiling a web of family deceit and greed. In the climactic finale, our heroes, with the aid of their lovers and a tenacious inspector (Anant Nag), serve justice to the wrongdoers and bring peace to their chaotic existence. Kurigalu Saar Kurigalu is a captivating journey of friendship, love, and redemption, where our three protagonists finally find their place in the world they once feared.
