Klaus (2019)

This animated take on the legend of Santa Clause tells the story of an underachieving postal service worker who's assigned to work on an isolated island near the Arctic Circle and a hermit carpenter named Klaus who lives in the middle of nowhere and spends his time surrounded by toys. Their unlikely friendship helps spark joy in the community and melt the rivalries that have left the residents of this small community isolated and resentful of one another. This spirit of generosity grows and becomes the origin of so many Christmas traditions that the average person recognizes but doesn't consider deeply.
