In the menacing underbelly of São Paulo, Brazil, one of the world's most perilous cities, an ominous tale of sex, drugs, and corruption unravels. This is where the exiled Americans Sinatra and his son Paul operate a sordid brothel, their lives entangled in a perilous dance with danger.
