It Comes at Night (2017)

Paul lives in an isolated house in the woods with his wife, his son and his wife's father. When his wife's father develops a terrible disease, they take him out in the woods and shoot him. It seems that the entire country has been stricken with some kind of virus. When another family arrives, Paul must make a hard decision about whether to help them out. Everyone is struggling to survive and maintain some humanity, but their trauma and paranoia may be too great, and Paul cannot shake the sense that a dark fate awaits them all.
