Inkheart (2008)

This is a thrilling action fantasy about a father who can bring characters out of books and into the world. This thrills his daughter, but a villain accidentally escapes the pages and wants to destroy the world. The father, daughter, aunt and a storybook hero all work together to capture the villain back in the pages of the book. Their journey takes them to an old bookstore in Europe where they are looking for the antique book Inkheart. They make it to Italy where Aunt Elinor has a mansion. There they are captured by an evil man who wants to force the father to bring the Shadow from the pages to Earth.

Inkheart is an adventure movie featuring Brendan Fraser.
