In the heart of the Timberlake family, two diametrically opposed sisters, Roy and Stanley Kingsmill, embody the stark contrasts of their lineage. Roy, echoing her father Asa's compassionate and thoughtful nature, finds herself entwined in a harmonic life with her surgeon husband, Peter Kingsmill.
