Plot

In the dazzling world of the circus, Tira, a dancer and lion tamer, lights up the center stage with her fearless charm and captivating allure. Driven by an intense need for financial stability, she finds herself in the throes of a dangerous game: a performance that involves putting her head into the ominous jaws of a lion. This daring act catapults the circus into the limelight, taking them from the humble fairgrounds to the glittering heights of New York City, and bringing Tira even closer to her pursuit of the finer things in life. As fortune would have it, Tira's irresistible magnetism attracts the attention of Kirk Lawrence, a wealthy, black-haired millionaire engaged to be married. With a fortune-teller's prophecy echoing in her mind, Tira is drawn to Kirk, accepting his extravagant gifts and allowing him to become her "protector". However, the path of love is seldom smooth, and when she crosses paths with Kirk's business partner, Jack Clayton, sparks fly, leading to a whirlwind romance and plans for marriage. But not everyone is thrilled about their love story. Big Bill Barton, the circus owner, fears losing his star attraction and conspires with Tira's former lover, the crafty pickpocket Slick Wiley, to sabotage the couple’s impending nuptials. As the plot thickens, Tira is caught in a web of deceit and intrigue, and must navigate the treacherous waters of love, loyalty, and ambition, all while keeping her head firmly out of the lion's mouth. In "I'm No Angel", the circus ring becomes a stage for romance, danger, and high stakes, promising a riveting journey that takes audiences on a rollercoaster of emotions, from the thrills of the big top to the perils of the heart.
