Hubie Halloween (2020)

Hubie Dubois loves Halloween more than anything — but for the bullies in the neighborhood, that's just another reason to give Hubie grief. He's got a good heart, but Hubie is lacking in drive and perspective, and that makes him an easy target for a town that seems to target Hubie disproportionately. But Hubie's favorite holiday is in danger thanks to a serial killer that's just escaped from the nearby mental hospital. Hubie finally has a chance to save Halloween, but succeeding at the task means that he'll have to prove that everything the haters said about him aren't true after all.
