Hollow Man (2000)

Dr. Sebastian Caine has been the head researcher in an attempt to perfect invisibility technology, and he makes the bold choice of picking himself as the initial human test subject for the serum. It works, but Dr. Caine has to face the unfortunate realization that the effect is permanent. Not only will he be permanently invisible, but the serum itself seems to be affecting Caine's state of mind. As he becomes more and more irrational, the power he possesses becomes a danger to those around him. The rest of his team now have to contend with the fact that they're being hunted by a sociopath they can't see.
