Plot
A convoy of Allied ships carries desperately needed supplies to Great Britain. German submarines stalk the fleet across the Atlantic, waiting for the ships to enter the "Black Pit," a stretch of ocean where air support is impossible. Commander Ernest Krause must somehow lead his ships to safety, avoid submarine attack and face down his self-doubts as he guides the convoy through the Black Pit for four harrowing days.
