Plot

Thrust into the bustling labyrinth of the "Big City" from her peaceful small-town existence, fourteen-year-old Alice finds herself caught in the crosshairs of domineering school tyrant, Rick. As she navigates the snaking alleyways of her new life, Alice realizes that popularity isn't the game she's playing anymore. Instead, Rick, with his menacing cohort, persistently terrorizes Alice and her newly-found companions, casting a shadow over their youthful innocence. Their only hope? To confront Rick by beating him in his own arena of supremacy - the thrilling, adrenaline-charged world of go kart racing. Strapped with nothing more than a worn-out go kart, Alice and her friends find an unlikely mentor in Dom, the erstwhile "Go Kart King." As Dom weaves tales of speed and strategy, Alice learns that go kart racing is more than just a test of velocity; it's about maturity, tranquility, and the courage to face one's fears. Alice soon understands that her true race isn't on the tracks, but against the bullies that loom over her life. The real finish line? Discovering the strength within herself to stand up to her tormentors, in the most challenging race of her life.
