In the vibrant heart of Zurich, a woman named Ruza has carved a life for herself, far from the familiar lands of Belgrade she left behind thirty years ago. A beacon of hope in a new world, she has built a successful canteen that thrives under her firm management and meticulous daily structure. Ruza's world is a carefully balanced symphony of routine, both in her professional and private life, a self-made sanctuary in her adopted home of Switzerland. Yet, this harmonious existence is disrupted by the arrival of Ana, a vibrant 22-year-old from Sarajevo. Ana's impulsive nature and direct approach unsettle Ruza, but she is equally captivated by Ana's undeniable zest for life. A peculiar friendship slowly blossoms between these two independent women, their bond forged in the crucible of their strong wills. However, an undercurrent of secrecy lingers between them. Ruza, fearing vulnerability, refrains from revealing too much of herself, while Ana harbors a secret that she finds too burdensome to confess.
