Plot
The Family Guy characters play various characters of the first Star Wars film, A New Hope. The plot of the episode largely follows the plot of the Star Wars movie, with the additions of the absurdity, non-sequiturs, and parodies for which the Family Guy is famous.
In addition to featuring all of the main characters in prominent roles - save for Meg, who plays a one-eyed monster in a garbage dumpster - the episode also prominently features many secondary characters in starring roles. This includes Herbert, the old man who has a pedophiliac affection for Chris, as Obi-Wan.
