Positioned as it was in the middle of the San Francisco Bay, Alcatraz was once considered the most inescapable prison in the world. But bank robber Frank Morris considers himself up to the challenge. His sharp eye for details, ability to build trusting relationships with his compatriots, and clever mind for planning helps him put together a plan that just might work. It's not a sure thing, and Morris will have to be able to adapt if things go wrong. But with the help of two other inmates, he could become the first man to break out of Alcatraz and get away with it.
