Scrooge McDuck finally realizes his lifelong dream of discovering the lost treasure of Collie Baba. Unfortunately, an evil wizard named Merlock intervenes and makes off with the bounty just moments later. The only artifact that remains is an old lamp, which turns out to be the home of a powerful genie in the form of a preteen boy. Huey, Dewey, Louie, and Webby befriend the creature and vow to keep him safe from Merlock's clutches.
